Quail Run Elementary

The event is coordinated by the Quail Run Learning Fund (QRLF), a non-profit organization, which supports educational opportunities not funded by the State of California. Your donation will go directly to our school’s programs and resources such as: our librarian, music teachers, art coordinator, character education workshops, and reading and math teaching assistants. 

We’re hosting our 20th Anniversary Auction Gala on Saturday April 26, 2025 as a way to raise funds and continue our work! As our students' needs grow, so does our need for funds. Our school needs to raise this money to keep our existing staff and programs and avoid the need to make any cuts. 

To make our auction a reality, we are seeking unique and interesting items to include in our auction. In previous years we’ve had contributions like timeshares, gift cards, music lessons, cooking lessons, baskets, baked goods, parent getaways, event tickets, etc. With our last auction, we were able to hit our fundraising goal for the year and provide our students with improvements to our library and our art program. 

In recognition of your support, we will provide business recognition to our entire school community on our event website. All donations to our school are tax deductible.
