Fall Book Fair

Mark your calendars now for our Fall Book Fair, which will be October 8-12 in the Quail Run Library.

The hours of the fair will be:

  • Monday: 7:30-3:00
  • Tuesday: 7:30-3:00 (Special Family Breakfast: Draggin’ Families to Donuts from 7:30-8:30)
  • Wednesday: 7:30-1:30, and 6:00pm-8:00 pm (Family night with Food trucks starting at 5:30 plus a surprise guest!)
  • Thursday: 7:30-3:00
  • Friday: 7:30-11:00

Did you know that Quail Run receives more than 50% in profit from the proceeds of our Book Fairs? We do not receive money, but we do receive the value in books from Scholastic. The books fill both the library and the classrooms! The Book Fair benefits all of our wonderful Quail Run staff and students.

The theme for this book fair is Enchanted Forest: Let your Imagination Grow! Please consider volunteering to help at the Book Fair (adult volunteers only—all volunteers must be cleared through Be A Mentor).

Welcome to the Quail Run Library-Media Center!

The library provides students with a wide array of fiction and nonfiction books available for students to checkout during weekly class visits. Our collection supports the elementary curriculum while providing students with reading materials of interest to them. Reference materials are also available for research purposes.

During students' weekly library visits, literature is explored and enjoyed, library and research skills are introduced and reinforced, and books are checked out. Students are introduced to our state-of-the-art web based Destiny library management program. Students can link to the internet via school or home to explore our collection, and link to age appropriate websites.

Students can donate a book to the library in honor of their birthday or other occasion. Please click the below link for the form and more details.
